5 steps to order a custom pinata

Step 1: Contact Pinata Farm

You can contact Pinata Farm via email, phone or directly on our fanpage via the Chat icon. When contacting, please provide the following information:

  • The shape and size of the pinata you want to order.
  • The color and pattern of the pinata.
  • The volume and types of items to fill the pinata.
  • The time you need to receive the pinata.
  • Reference image you want

Step 2: Get a quote

Pinata Farm will send you a detailed quote for the pinata you requested. The quote will include the cost of the pinata, shipping costs and delivery time

Step 3: Pay for the pinata order

When you agree with Pinata Farm’s quote, you need to pay 50% of the order value in advance. You can pay by cash or bank transfer.

Step 4: Pinata Farm starts production

After receiving payment, Pinata Farm will start producing your pinata. The production process will take about 1-5 days depending on the complexity of the pinata.

Step 5: Receive the pinata

Pinata Farm will deliver the pinata to you at the address you provide via the shipping service.

  • Pinata Farm may refuse to order pinata if the shape, size of the pinata you request is too complicated or requires too urgent production time.
  • You can request Pinata Farm to change the design of the pinata order after receiving the quote. However, this may change the price of the pinata.
